“I was very impressed with the quality of the flag itself. It is very clear and exactly how I had designed it! The only issue I had was that the adjustable piece that holds the flag down at the bottom was missing an inner threaded piece. I contacted customer service and they quickly handled my issue and sent an entire new pole and adjustable piece that was complete. We're so excited to get it out front of our store!”

“They left out some parts of the banner and they wouldn't send us the missing pieces.”
