“I ordered the runners as black with white writing. The black is not black fabric, but printed black so it is not a true black and does not even come close to matching the black of my table cloths.”

“This table throw will work for my needs. The picture I used was old. Build A Sign paused my order and gave me time to resolve the issue. They even sent a more cleaned up picture of my picture as a solution. I was very pleased that they noticed this error, stopped the proccess, addressed it and asked me to resolve or continue. Had a customer say they did not know who I was or what I sold, that a sign would help them & others. I wanted a sign that would work for indoor or outdoor events, yet took up, no added space. This was exactly what I was looking for. Now I have a sign that says what I sell at my booth, business name & my link address to my online products & services.”

“We are very happy with our purchase. Their customer service has been exceptional. We had an issue with one of our images. Customer service was quick to let us know so we could correct it and they helped us with what we needed to make the correction. The processing time was great. The product itself was as described. It fits the table well and looks sharp. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company. They produce a quality product at a reasonable price point. I have purchased banners and this tablecloth from Build-A-Sign and their service and product has been on point each time.”

“I'm very happy with the product. There were some issues with the images that I had available to upload and the team worked with me to find a solution. I appreciated that they didn't just print a poor quality item with my faulty file. They let me know what the problems were and helped me sort through it. Highly recommend.”
