“I like the flag. They did a great job. Only issue is I bought the upgraded flag not knowing how heavy duty it was and it weighs a lot. Very well built. I'll need to get a very Ridgid pole to support the flag when in motion at sea.”

“Central element was completely blurry. A new design with increased resolution has been submitted and is to replace at no charge the job received. So far, I have not received that replacement. Communication with you via telephone has also been unacceptible as items discussed do not appear to be getting to the deisgn team so the issues can be resolved. I CANNOT RECOMMEND YOUR FIRM FOR THIS SERVICE until you show me you can do a proper job. Even the rep I talked with said, "I don't know how this order was even sent as the resolution was clearly not correct." FIX IT, and maybe I'll rate you a bit better, but so far I've not seen the replacement I was promised at no cost and after submitting new artwork for the central element which cost me a considerable sum of money, I'll add.”
