“Communication was remarkable. I had a hard time seeing resolution quality because the design screen size was so small but the art team called immediately to let me know the image quality concerns and gave me options on how to fix. The flag is a little lighter weight than I expected but to have a custom personalized flag for the cost was amazing.”

“I was satisfied with the logo design and how it came out on the flag but the color black of the material of the flag was way to transparent and I didn’t like that it was way to transparent and the black color was too see through”
