“My signs were supposed to be black and white. They printed with a green tint. The did reprint my signs at no charge, but they are still not black. After the reprint I was told they can not print jet black. They should not have even taken my order. I now have 12 signs that are not the correct color and I will have to reinvest with another sign company to have them printed correctly. Huge waste of time. The customer service was kind and responsive, but I should’ve been told they can’t do black from the start. Update; I’ve now had these signs a few months. Every single item minus my arrows are horrible. The print job with the protective coating that I paid extra for is completely useless! My sign look horribly and I’ve taken great care of them. All of the reprinted signs came with streaks a Ross them and as they’ve been in the sun it has gotten worse. My BLACK signs are totally green now. I am literally going to have to re-order my entire signed package from another company. I am a very unhappy customer.”

“I ordered signs with a pure black background. All of my signs came in a dark green. They did reprint for free, but they are still not black. After a lot of back-and-forth and re-printing of my entire order, my signs are still not black. I was then told after the re-print of the second set of signs that this company cannot print jet black. Why did they take my order? I wish I would’ve known that prior to placing the order. I never would’ve ordered with them as my colors are a simple black and white. Also, my signs did come scratched. Their customer service was great but their product is not.”
