“Most of the signs were ok, but the 5th one was printed the wrong direction and as a result it unusable. I initiially emailed regarding the problem, but after a day of no response I called. They are sending a new sign, but it is super disappointing it wasn't right to begin with. Timing is important. The 5th sign was needed.”

“I spent over $300.00 on this order, and I did not receive the sold "riders". Also, the order was to include directional signage with the arrow pointing up. I was shocked when I opened the package, and the directional signs had the arrow up on one side and a U turn on the other side. They do not disclose this on their website. I now have signs that are useless. I have ongoing issues with Build A sign. Another order is the signs I ordered with my picture they placed the holes in the middle of my forehead. They replaced them with no hole in my head. When I received them, the picture was off center of what the proof I approved. The one I approved of was my profile picture was to be over to the edge. What I received was it off the edge, I cannot use the signs. The response time is horrible. I am going to send them back and ask for a refund including shipping. I will use a different company for all my advertising. This has been a nightmare!! Their quality control is unacceptable.”
