“Build a sign... you can do better! Apparently your "shipping confirmations" are meaningless? I placed a $500 order on 4/12 with a estimated delivery of 4/25, got a shipping confirmation on 4/18 that all items had shipped with UPS tracking delivery for 4/25. Okay great, I had ordered them for Open Houses 4/27 and 4/28. Then I got an email on 4/23 that due to a production delay they wouldn't be delivered until 4/29, wtf does a shipping confirmation mean then if they haven't shipped? I called and they refunded the entire order, but that since the items had already "shipped" I would get the entire order anyways. Today 4/29 rolls around and I've gotten both shipments but still missing a signpost. I called and the Build a Sign CSR says that it never actually shipped in the first place, that it was canceled due to a fulfillment issue. Again... how did you send a shipping confirmation if it never shipped? Ordered a sign post on Amazon, delivery tomorrow, would have just done that in the first place if I had known. Build a sign is costing me money even with a full refund of my order. I won't complain about a refund, but that's not actually what I wanted, I wanted the stuff I had ordered in a timely manner. I didn't order $500 in materials for fun. I lost 10000% of my confidence in Build a Sign, you can't even ship a”

“My For Sale signs don't say For Sale! When I look at my history, I looked at the signs they said For Sale. My order did not have For Sale on them. Hard to use a Luxury sign that doesn't say what it is for. My mistake for not catching that but disappointing that was even an option under For Sale Signs”
