“Service was terrible. A week passed before I heard anything about the order. I had to call to get an update and once I spoke with someone they said a proof had been sent to me and I had no email or notice of a proof. This held up my order being processed and caused a delay. A phone call or text would have been nice to have if there was a delay to get the proof approved instead of no email notice. Poor customer service.”

“Horrible UI, they absolultey refuse to proof anything and then when it's printed incorrectly that could have been avoided with a 10 second review it's takes weeks to get a corrected printjob.”
