“Sign looks great but the corners came bent”

“I had such an amazing time at EXPCon and working with Alex Hackney. She was amazing. A breath of fresh air. Super funny but also super talented. We created all my signs and I loved them. I ordered 4 for sale sign, 4 open house sign, one banner and one just closed sign and 100 thank you card. I remember asking Alex to get approval from EXP first, but we were told we needed to do that. But she said we didn't need to do that since she knew the EXP guidelines. Since it was a 60% deal, I ended up ordering everything. It wasn't until just this week, I found out, we cannot have the word "Realty" in our logo. And I have that word in mine. I was told I cannot use any of my marketing materials. Because of this reason, I am extremely sad and disappointed. It has now turned into a very stressful situation as I have to take down all my marketing and reorder new materials. Sigh. I guess, maybe just still impliment that we still send to EXP for approval because this was a huge order. Even with the discount, which saved me a ton and I am thankful, I am still out $400+ with markerting materials I cant even use. I'm so sad and davasted this week. I will still give Alex and Build a Sign a 5 start review, because the work and the service was incredible. Just that little mistake and oversight made everything so bad.”
