“I received 2 signs that I did not order and was missing a sign that I ordered. Spoke with Build A Sign that is suppose to be sending me my corrected sign only after I had to send a picture of the incorrect ones. Still waiting for that sign to come that is for my current listing and very much needed. No rush to me, no compensation to make it right. Did not feel like Build A Sign was very apologetic. This is the 2nd time I have been dissatisfied so I may be looking elsewhere in the future.”

“I placed 2 orders for RIDERS and somehow one of the orders just disappeared. The other order was done incorrectly with the wrong colors. Took several phone calls and emails to the get the order corrected. Will never use again!!!”
