“Signs arrive without grommets. And the post that I ordered was white, when I requested black. I have yet to send the pictures, but I will eventually. The outside of the box had documents indicating it was black.”

“I have been purchasing business cards for a year now. My recent picture was printed dark, and you can barely see my face. My photo was taken professionally and edited by AI, so it has a high resolution. In my computer while downloading, it didn't appear to be that dark. When I got the package, I was surprised how dark it was.”

“There were two issues. The signs didn't have any holes or grommets. Maybe that was my fault but whatever it was I had to drill my own holes in the signs so it would be good when they review the order. You know to look for these things. There was also some writing on one sign that wasn't on the other. I'd have been nice if both sides would have been identical. Secondary to that I ordered a black colonial signpost. It came in box indicating it was black. When I opened the box it was white. So what is the remedy for that? That's also an issue.”
