“The printing quality was nice but the banners were cut terribly. Not straight and leaving white showing all around. Plus the grommets were put on sloppy so the material was bunching up in the corners. This is the first time I order with you so I had them shipped to me instead of directly to my client to check the quality first. I had to try and trim the edges of the banner to make them acceptable to send to my client. I will need to see if she finds them ok or if perhaps we will need to have you reprint the banner portion of the two I ordered.”
