“Meh. This was an order for two corrugated A-frame sign inserts and a banner. The first shipment was damaged - bent in half in transit. Unusable. I had to wait two days for a response to my email and over a week for the replacements to arrive. One of the replacement inserts that was sent has about a 1/16th of an inch white border that shouldn't be there. And, the resolution on my uploaded artwork didn't turn out great (pixelated - not the file). However, I don't intend to wait for a third go round on these inserts, so I'll use them as is. I also ordered a "premium" banner for $40 and it is cheap paper-thin vinyl. I've ordered from Build-A-Sign for several years and the quality really doesn't seem to be there anymore. However, if price is your number one concern, this is probably the place to order from.”
