“While then result and delivery worked out fine, getting there required an extended call with a service rep. I used the online design tool and bed my designs on existing templates. The design tool was clunky to manage (I'm a graphic designer) and I was unable to review various materials without having the system change dimensions. I also had a tough time getting duplicate signs without ordering another frame. The phone rep was able to help on all fronts including creating 2 duplicate designs on 1 board, but this took about 30 minutes and tampered slightly with the design proportions (again, clunky design tool). The end result was fine (printed, not vinyl cut letters) and should weather well outside. Delivery was on time too.”
