“I chatted and called within the first 16 hours of placing the order (placed around 4pm, called/chatted following morning) to add the UV protection as I had issues ordering via the website and had to call, thus forgetting the additional add-on, and the rep on the phone was rude and denied the add-on and the email went unanswered. Then, when the product was received, there were multiple lines on BOTH boards that had paint missing, so the images/lettering were incomplete, I had to use a sharpie to fill in the gaps.”

“The sign turned out great. I think it may be more effective if it were on both sides or two sided. what do UI need to do to get the same signs in two sided vrsions?”
