“Print Quality Is Very Good, Custome Orders Are Disappointing!!! I placed an order with the Political Consultant representative. I contracted for sign with four grommets placed evey 12 inches, top to bottom on both the right and left sides of the signs. My first delivery arrived missing all the grommets as ordered. The replacemet also arrived missing the grommets plus the signs were cut down the center of the face and folded in half. The fold and lack of grommets rendered the shipment completely un-usable. My representative then outsourced the third attempt to get my signs with the grommets per our agreement. The third attempt to correctly fulfifll was also a failure. The company was unable to handle a simple task of inserting grommets. the print quality was very good the lack of grommets as ordered was unacceptable. I am now awaiting a full refund of my purchase price due to failure to perform to our contract agreement. Build A Sign was unable to service my specific needs. I advice only purchasing from them standard items through their website. Their system seems unable to process special requests.”

“I misunderstood the word "Sample". I didn't know the word sample would be written on all the signs or I wouldn't have ordered 4 of them. Why do I need 4 samples of the same sign? The lettering was too small. I'm pretty good at making signs and I didn't think your site was user friendly.”
