“I received the pens in a timely manner. However, this was my first time placing an order so I was not sure what to expect. A few of the pens were leaking ink, so far I found one missing part's and there was a mistake on my order. I wanted Bravo Retractable Silver Trim Ballpoint Pen Red, but what I received was an all black pen with no explanation.”

“The grommets go an inch or so further into the sign than shown on the proof. Because of this, the design got cut into a little bit. It still look great, just need to give custom designs a little more space inside the safe zone.”
