“I was pretty disappointed to find on my most recent Order for multiple Open House signs, a personalized Open House flag, a flag holder, plus sign stands where 2 of the items fell short in my opinion: (1) I was trying to order the products for a big Open House I was hosting on 4/7 as my other signs were recently stolen the weekend prior. I paid an extra $39.99 for expedited shipping that originally noted I could expect my deliver by 4/5 or 4/6, but instead I found that the signs didn't arrive until 4/8 (so they did me no good)! The flag was just delivered on 4/12! Obviously that was frustrating because I paid extra for the 3-4 day delivery and the site advised that the production time was 2 days...I ordered on a Sunday, expected production on Monday & Tuesday and with 3-4 days of shipping, (having paid for expedited with an ETA of 4/6) but instead arrived 4/8 & 12, so this did not meet the standard I was expecting. (2) Furthermore, the coloring on the Flag is disappointing because it appears to be a very faded red color that does not at all look like the Keller Williams Red (which is more dark and vibrant than what was sent), plus the dark charcoal color I selected for the starburst looks more like a faded black than any type of dark charcoal grey. Again, the product delivery and color quality on the flag is very disappointing. The Open House signs turned out nicely, but the timing factor and cost for the flag at over $200 with subpar coloring will have me looking elsewhere in the future for my purchases.”
