“I just assumed that signs would come with frames. They did not and now I face having a second order in which the shipping is almost as much at the frames. Beware of Shipping Charges, they are very overpriced.”

“I had placed my order and I didn't realize that the inserts I was ordering was the wrong size for the inserts on the frame. when I had called to verify that my order at least went through, as there was a print confirmation error, the rep on the phone asked for my order to thoroughly check my order and he noticed that my inserts were not the correct size for my frames and asked me if those inserts were going to be used for those frames. Yes, I replied and he explained the size discrepancy. He then redid all the inserts correctly and cancelled the previous order and replaced my order all in about ten minutes. However, when I got the inserts and the large inserts, one of each was a little tight to fit in the frame, so I may need to sand them down a bit to fit perfect, but other than that, they all look amazing and great quality. I also got the Reflection signs and I can't wait to have my first listing and show off my new reflective signs so they can be seen better at night!!! He also congratulating me on my new position as a Realtor and it made me happy to know he care enough to say that!”
