“Our brokerage ordered 3 (three) items for a standard yard sign from Build A Sign. We ordered an 18"x24" panel and 2 (two) 6"x24" riders. All 3 items were wider than the standard metal yard sign frame of 24". The actual width for each item we purchased was 24 1/4". Because of this, none of the items fit into the frame properly and bowed outward, looking very unprofessional. When I notified Build a Sign, they told me their 'Quality Team' accounts for a 1/4" variance. And they could offer me a partial refund but not a full refund or even replace the items. Even after sending pictures (shared in this review) of how they will not work for an event we are hosting this week. I am highly disappointed especially because Build a Sign claims that the customer's 'Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed' on their website. I will be notifying corporate of the issue and suggesting looking into alternative recommended vendors that will provide the industry standard sizes we need. I requested a full refund and have not heard back from them. Highly disappointing. I would not recommend this vendor since they do not stand by their guarantee or their products.”
