“I did not order a parking sign. I ordered real estate signs and had a miserable time getting my edits done with your tech. It took over a week to finalize because she kept telling me my broker font was going to be a 1/4 of an inch and I needed it as close to an inch as possible. I told her it would be closer to 3/4 of an inch and I just needed the font a tad larger. She continued to send me different layouts for my sign with the letters huge and my photo moved. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. After a week of trying to get her to understand the size of my letters. So got frustrated and I just decided to stay with my original with the noted phone number changes. And what do you know…I was RIGHT. My letters were just about 3/4 of an inch like I said. How can a sign employee not be able to understand and edit SIGNS. I just wanted them a tad larger. So upset and so disappointed. I will not be shopping at build a sign again.!!!!!”
