“Signs were very grainy and a much lower quality than ones we ordered a little under 10 years ago. The drilling of the holes chipped some of the design. Difference between “safe zone” and cut line resulted in color bars not going to the edge of the sign.”

“2.5 stars...All three signs are off-center, even with me using the "center text" tool on the design. Two signs are passable, but the third design is so off-center that it's noticeable from across the lot. The holes for the screws are also inconsistent and one hole goes through the text (even when the design indicated it wouldn't.”

“Ordered 18 signs. All 18 signs have the wrong color. All 18 signs are not centered on the metal. Six of the signs have scratches in the ink or blank areas where there’s no ink. Quite a few of the signs were not packed with slip sheets between them. Called customer service within the hour they were delivered. Emailed photos while on the phone describing all the problems. I was told someone would contact me in 1-2 days. That was almost a week ago. Wrong color. Damaged signs. Not centered. No follow up. What else could go wrong?”
