“The customer service was excellent. We had an issue with the color on the first print and they offered to make it right immediately, the only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that although the main issue was addressed, both times the signs came with small knicks and defects on the protective coating and sign itself. They are not major damages, especially for a parking sign that is going to be outside, but they are still there when you first open the package.”

“Signs were very grainy and a much lower quality than ones we ordered a little under 10 years ago. The drilling of the holes chipped some of the design. Difference between “safe zone” and cut line resulted in color bars not going to the edge of the sign.”
