“Very disappointing.. final product does not look exactly like the rendering showed. The logo is now skewed. The edges on the online proof are different than the final product. This was over $1,000.00 order and the first order with this system and no one even looked at the artwork.”

“Bad shipping and poor customer service. Product was poorly packaged, with pieces of cardboard taped together in an amateurish fashion to cover the product, and not surprisingly arrived damaged. No one in customer service was available by phone, online chat or email to help in a prompt manner. Finally got an email saying there would be a reply in 3-4 business days. That's pretty lousy service.”

“They look great and we got them fast. We have rough winters so we’ll see how they hold up. But we are really happy so far.”
