“My only complaint is that when I entered the text for my sign, I was not able to adjust the size of the text on my own. I needed to call your company and have them do it. It was frustrating and cost me my time to call you and have it worked out. You need to allow customers the ability to choose text size in ALL situations. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the product and turn-around time. Thank you.”

“The back ground behind Phoenix was supposed to be white not black. Corners on both were broken off. 5 days late on delivery. Not happy at all.”
