“I uploaded a logo and chose a black background. The license plate came out a weird greenish color. I contacted customer service and the rep was not friendly and said I would hear back in 2-3 days after the graphic designers looked at it. She saw the photo and clearly saw the problem and couldn't solve my issue. Still no word on a resolution.”

“I still, after 2 tries don't have the "black color" background that I wanted. It appears to be a dark green and as with the 2nd plate the finish is not very good, lots of imperfections.”

“The picture quality on license plates is not as high as I wanted. Maybe this is from the picture, or maybe it is not. I don't know. Everything else was good.”
