“License plate was just as I designed it, but on the computer it looked fine. In real life the dark lettering does not show up at all on the blue background and you can't read it.”

“I don't understand why the print or graphic department would think I want my Logo or Artwork to be partially cut off. I would think before making the car magnet, they would verify this is what your product will look like. The proof that I was able to see after unloading the artwork was not cut off. I am grateful that you remade the magnet at no cost to me. But we would have saved time and money to do it right the first time.”
