“I sent a note to your customer service about the quality of this item hoping to resolve it with you, but have not heard back yet. Please feel free to delete this review if you are willing to assist me. I am shocked at what I received — a blurry, paper-thin plate. I feel as if I was bamboozled by the positive reviews on your site. I cannot believe anyone would be pleased with the quality of this plate. I would like a full refund and will happily return so you can recycle. Please help!”
