“We ordered custom license plates. We uploaded an image scaled to the exact size and requested a proof before printing and it looked perfect. We now have them in hand and both the lettering and images are grainy. There are also stripes running down the license plate that look like an extra layer of grain.”

“I have sent an email to customer service stating how bad the graphics were on our tags that we received. We feel like we should have been contacted before they were sent out stating how bad the graphics were going to be before the tags were made. We would like a refund please.”
