“The custom front license plate came rapidly, it was well printed and on a very sturdy aluminum plate. Possibly a high resolution or close-up photo placed on the design page of what the glossy protective finish would’ve looked like on the finished product would have prepared me better on what to expect.”

“i have already sent you a voice mail stating my displeasure! i have a "baby blue" 50 ford so what did i receive? a turquoise (greenish blue) mostly green license plate. for as much as you charged for it it should come with a gold frame. your color selections didn't include light blue so i chase a medium blue. as a fellow texan i am appualled at your quality control. ya'll keep the money i don't want anything else to do with ya'll. how stupid "baby blue" on a turquoise field!!!!”

“On the order it does not show a white border on the plate, which is fine to put on a plate holder for the border except the graphic was offset to the top too much in which covers the Arizona name.”

“This is my second order and likely my last. My first order of 2 plates came with one scratched. I threw out the packing list sheet so when I was asked for the order number so that a reprint could be done I couldn't provide it . My bad. The second order I was willing to gamble and go outside the reccomended print area so that I could use a larger text as the plate was to be used for advertising. The plates were printed for me but the text was smaller and it was moved back into the area reccomended. The text covered part of the image. I had spent considerable time choosing text size and aligning the text so that it fit between the plate holes and wouldn't extend over the edges of the plate. Apparently this isn't allowed and I feel I should have been notified of a design issue instead of having the text printed over the image. On the flip side at least my basically useless plates wern't scratched this time. No need to upload a photo below as the plate appears as is with your email you sent me.”
