“Plate was fine when I finally got it. After I had talked with youR customer service twice and told them I was happy with the design and go ahead and print it someone put a hold on production but didn’t notify me. After waiting another week I logged in a saw the hold. I called and the person said there were no notes about my other conversations. I told them to print them as they were and a week later got them”

“The sign as a whole was well done. You should know though, that a corner got bent through mailing. Not sure what can be done to prevent that in the future but wanted to let you know that it happened. It will be hanging on our gate so it's not enough to send it back but thought you would like to know.”
