“I was not able to edit the sign myself as advertised. And when I called and spoke to an agent, the agent told me that he was not supposed to do the editing. When I showed the agent that I was not able to edit as I needed, the agents took over and was able to produce the sign I needed. At the end of the conversation with the agent, I asked why I was not able to do it myself and the agent agreed with me that it was not possible for me to produce what I needed without more help from the agent. I still did not get exactly what I wanted ( apostrophe was double spaced in the font we used and would not fit the plate ) but thanks to the agent , we were able to produce something that would work.. Frustrating !”
