“You guys did a great job putting the project together according my request. The only criticism I have is that the plate looks a little on the dull side. May be if it had a glossy finish it would enhance the plate's final appearance.”

“This plate was exactly what I wanted and expected. Quality workmanship. Because of the detail I wanted I expected a possible delay or possibly not being able to have it made. Personally I would tell everyone submit your design, no matter what it is. You won't be disappointed.”

“If the 1rst plate you'd sent me was like the 2nd, I'd have checked the "5". The 1rst plate was a 2nd at best as it looked as if the template had been miss-set to me and should have never been delivered to me that way. Someone in your QC should be admonished for letting that plate get out. However, in the end, the replacement looks fine and is what I was expecting in the first place. Thank you.”
