“Being a first time user I did not know that you would make the plate exactly like the picture I sent in without cleaning it up. Had I known, or even thought about it, I would have taken greater care with the photo prior to sending. A warning would have been nice and therefore I removed one star. Having said this, the fact that the plate came back exactly as I had sent it, is a real plus for your quality standards. The plates are of high quality.”

“The quality is not good and I thought I ordered a license plate holder, since the total was so high, I was under the impression that it would be 8.99 for the plate ...I'm very disappointed!”
