“I didn't get license plates. I got real estate signs that arrived bent. I called twice and was told I was being sent a link to upload pictures which was never sent. The customer service lady was polite but did not do her job. I'm not happy with the company.”

“On the up-side, the Customer Service reps at Build-A-Sign are very friendly and very helpful. However, I will not be ordering from them again, and here's why: I received the license plate and found it was bent, so the packaging was sub-par. Also the proof of my plate was correct to my design, but the plate I actually received (you know, the bent one) was not what to design specs - not even close. Now, I called to let them know; and as stated, the rep was very friendly, and put the order in again, with a note to correct the problem. After waiting over a month, I called to see where my plate was. I was told "Oh, the rep you spoke with no longer works here." So apparently my order was never placed again. So the friendly person on the phone placed my order... again. So, a few weeks later I receive the new plate. It was slightly better, but still not what I ordered. So, $20 and three months later, I still do not have an acceptable license plate for my car. Friendly people, but they just can't get the job done. Very disappointing.”
