“Sign was ordered using RUSH shippping, which was actually still the same price as standard shipping. which seems odd. Sign took nearly two weeks to arrive with shipping info not updated for a few days, didnt seem like rush shipping. Said it would ship next day but it seems it was not shipped the next day. We got the metal sign holder before we even got the sign But i am most upset with that the sign came damaged, metal sign was bent and warped in multiple places, looks really cheap now that it has arrived damaged. We will need a second sign for another property and I don't think we will purchase this from you guys again based off our experience.”
