“I didn't get license plates. I got a lawn sign. Sign is perfect, but I also ordered stakes and have not received them and there has been no followup from my message.”

“If there were an option for 0 stars, that is what I would have chosen! Order put on hold requesting higher resolution picture, I responded the same day, got the runaround on my order and artwork, postponed over a week until I called wondering where my order was, they "found it" and "nothing had been done" since putting it on hold. FINALLY GOT THE ORDER AND YOU USED THE VERY SAME PICTURE YOU SAID WAS UNACCEPTABLE! Now in the process of requesting a refund and to send back the HORRIBLE signs (a $600+ order) AND (of course) BUILDASIGN IS JERKING ME AROUND AND STALLING! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“My plate was delivered with a chip in its finish right in plain view and an scratch in the middle of plate. I emailed multiple times and have been told to wait why they give me the run around. Sad to because all my other orders were perfect. Very disappointed with the run around I am getting over this...”

“Well...it isn't a License Plate, it is a sign. The actual sign is fine, but there was no packaging that protected the sign, and it arrived slightly bent and with a scratch on the paint .”
