“The First plate I received had a bend in it. I called customer service and provided a picture and they agreed to send a new plate out. When I received the new plate it had a dent in it also. So I gave up and just tried to take the small bend out myself.”

“The first plate I ordered arrived damaged. The shipping envelope had been bent and there were creases in the metal. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement with no hassle. When the replacement arrived, the clear sealer that I paid extra for had bubbles in it and was starting to chip off right out of the package. I contacted customer service again and they refunded me for tue plate. The print on the plate was beautiful, I just wish I could have gotten one it a good condition. Customer service was excellent.”
