“The preview on the plate designer screen is nowhere close to accurate. I've ordered twice now trying to get the image I uploaded to be placed correctly but when I received the plate they are wrong with WAY too much border. The plate should have about 1/8" of black border around the silver. Both plates have about 1/2" to 3/4" border and it doesn't look right. The print quality is "ok" so giving two stars instead of one.”

“Didn’t come out like I had designed it. Colors were off and it wasn’t centered properly. Had some bends in it from shipping. And the premium coating I paid extra for looks like a sloppy clear coat on the top. Definitely wouldn’t order another like it.”
