“We are still awaiting responses and resolutions to the very poor customer service and product quality we've received. Two attempts now and still foolish printer errors occurred. It is evident there is no quality control from their printing crew and suspect they're not even reviewing what they're shipping. BuildASign.com's attempts at automated efficiency and service communication have fallen massively short. Both times. Unless our project is completed with management oversight or refunded in full, we recommend here any other competitive vendor would be a vast improvement. We are intending to file a case with the Better Business Bureau.”
