“This was the first time I have used you. The customer service was perfect. She helped us with the customization of the license plate, but the picture that was printed out was just horrible blurry and I’ve made a complaint about it and it’s been almost a week now and still, I have not heard anything yet so we will see. Thank you.”

“Absolutely impossible to get an image that worked, between one version with various critical limits on one screen, to the "proof" on another screen to the "ultimate" final when you send in your money.... A total rip off. FINALLY someone from your team told me I should have called you at the beginning????? And I had to fork over another 10 bucks for a reorder because you didn't pick up the phone when I contacted you for help originally and in the meantime my order went through and I had to pay even more??? IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEM! put in big red letters somewhere to ask for help, etc. in the end I had an "improved" version, at my additional expense, even thought I had called in for help on time and no one picked up. Until you give me the additional money I paid in back to my original source of payment, I won't be happpy.”
