“I loved the plate immediately when I opened it but Then… went to put it on the front of my brand new motorhome and the holes didn’t line up ( too close together to fit!!!) I was so upset!!! I actually started to cry because we were leaving in the morning for a camping trip and I was sooo excited about having this in time for it. What a huge letdown. So my husband and I stopped packing up the motorhome and had to now go drill out two holes so we could “rig” it to work with a “license plate holder!!!" Good thing I didn’t buy their holder because it wouldn’t of worked either!!! The holes are universal on all vehicles how hard is it to get it right REALLY?? !!! You’d think they’d measure them correctly !!!! Nope!!! You should post that it’s a not a standard license plate and is only good for decoration in home use!!! (unless you drill new holes) Oh and the clear coat isn’t clear gloss paint it’s a plastic wrap coated on front.☹️”

“I got this response six (6) days after initial contact. Initially, I figured they would rush me a new one since they messed up the first. Wrong. Now I'd like a refund. Please and Thank You Monica S Good morning, and thank you for taking the time to follow up with us! I can definitely get a replacement printed for you. Could you please tell me if it looked like there was any damage to the box or if the box looked retaped at all? If so and you still have the box could I please have a photo of that? Could you also tell me if the canvas was shrink-wrapped or not? This information will ensure when I file the reprint claim that it gets approved quickly so I can get your new print shipped to you promptly.
