“Poor quality print and the plate is grey. I made sure to remove the backround of my logo so it would be white printing on black. Honestly i would like a refund. Also it doesnt fit in the plate frame you sent over”

“The finished product was terrible, again. This is the second time I ordered custom plates. The first time I submitted a raster image so I chalked the poor quality up to that. The second time, I submitted a vector image hoping for a higher quality finished product. I even sent an email to customer service explaining what happened the first time and my hopes for a better product. No response and again a terrible finished product.”
