“The first batch of license plates had a border around it that was not there when I modified my image to fit. After receiving them and seeing the border, I called and emailed every day last week and finally talked to Carlos in the Art Dept. I asked point blank if you can print on the ENTIRE plate and he said yes. The image that he FINALLY sent, covered the whole plate. I just received the package from that order and IT IS WRONG!!! It has a border, an uneven border at that! I want my money back. I will find a company that can do it right.”

“I sent an email to the rep that i spoke to over the phone showing the poor quality of the plates I ordered. The clear coat is full of trash, the design is pixelated even though I used a template on your site, one of your fonts, and my high resolution logo. I was told I’d get contacted within 2 business days and refunded. I had to call back after 5 business days because no one reached out. Took another 2 to be refunded. I ordered a pair of plates, using my same logo and took the time to recreate the full design and ordered from a seller on Etsy. Got an incredible high resolution pair of plates back with everything i wanted for a far better price.”
