“I ordered a custom novelty license plate as a lighthearted gift for my father, who was about to undergo hip surgery. The item was intended to go on his walker—something he’d only be using for a couple of days. Unfortunately, the company sent the wrong item. When I contacted customer service, I explained the time-sensitive nature of the gift and requested both a corrected reprint and a refund due to their error. Instead, I was told I could have either a reprint or a refund—not both—even though the mistake was entirely on their end and the timeframe for use had already passed. This was my first order with the company, and it left me incredibly disappointed. Not only was the gift ruined, but their unwillingness to take full responsibility shows a lack of care for their customers. I won’t be ordering again.”
