“My original upload was of poor quality. I received an email explaining exactly how to view what the finished product may look like so I could decide if I wanted to move forward with it or send another. I uploaded a new photo, with a font color change request note, received another timely email with a proof of the new design for my approval. Once approved, my license plate was at my door in a couple days. I now have the most adorable front license plate. I'm so glad they took their time to show me that my original choice would not have produced the best final product. I opted for the heavier/thicker metal, and I am over the moon pleased with the quality and every interaction I had with BuildASign, from the easy online design and ordering page, to the fast-acting correspondence to ensure they provided me with a product I would love, to fast completion and delivery. I would definitely use this company again!”

“Artwork was shrunk upon printing. In the process of working with customer service. Have ordered these at least a dozen times, not sure why this happened.”
