“On Jul 20, 2023 (order #79330-590) I placed my 1st order here. I received half my order fairly quickly. Thank you for that. However, the other half of my order has required way too much email traffic to simply get the order, and it has not arrived as of today Aug 7, 2023. I actually don’t know for sure it’s even been shipped. I have been in email contact several times trying to receive my entire order. I know for sure 2 ea 24 hour delays have been caused simple because your reps finish their email with a question (Is your address correct?) This happened twice and was not necessary in this instance. IF that Rep were to read the entire email, they will see that my address was not the issue, it was the post office machine likely destroying the magnetic bumper stickers. Maybe they were not properly packaged ! I don’t know. I am a 1st time customer and I have not received my entire order. I believe the second items (bumper stickers) were overlooked or forgotten in the first shipment and that caused THIS ! If I don’t get some resolution quickly, I have no choice but to contact my Cc to try to resolve this Incompetence of someone there. A simple tracking number of the bumper stickers is something. As of now, I have gotten NOTHING but empty emails. Loy Sparks”
