“I ordered on March 1 and was told delivery would be on March 4. On March 4 it didn’t arrive. Since then you’ve kept running the dates further out. I’ve called customer service several times. I will say they do a great job at being totally arrogant. “Take your money back or sit there and wait on it” was basically their attitude. They are now supposedly resending it and they’re saying it should be here on March 17. Remember, I placed this order on March 1. I have absolutely no confidence that that order was ever shipped to begin with or ever will be. It’s interesting to me that you have such wonderful reviews and high rating on your website, But trust pilot and others rank you at barely over at two.”
