“The only thingy that saved this from a one-star review is the designing aspect of the site. While the program is easy to use and simple to learn, the delivery and “order tracking” is ABYSMAL. I have yet to actually receive my order, and it is beyond even my standard of late at this point. I can’t even use the tracker they offer, it crashes or errors before it can even open and redirects me to a “whoops! Your request couldn’t be processed, sorry!” page EVERY TIME. The site also bombards you with offer emails after you place your order. It got to the point where I was getting spam emails at least once a day. I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend, unless you’re willing to wait an eternity and a half for your order and get constant emails asking you to make another order immediately after.”

“Product is fine but after the sale I got incessant robo emails from a marketing service with whom the maker contracts, trying to get me to "complete my order" by buying more with discounts. Once is ok but multiples (like 5 think) is over the top”

“Sent identical graphic art to two (2) sign makers. Each about the same price but Buildasign had a nice discount. Buildasign had the colors spot-on and the size was correct. The competitor had a smaller size and the colors were OFF significantly, and cost more.”
