“Absolutely terrible. Knife arrived scratched and corroded (I fully accept this was a second but it was only supposed to have the wrong engraving). I was flippantly told to just return it and they'll send another. No apologies or explanation and I have no confidence the second second will be any better. This is also my second review of a similar ilk which no one responded to.
I'd save your money and get one from another brand who cares about their customers”
“Really disappointed. Knife arrived with a corroded blade and scratched cheeks. It was a second but the only thing which was supposed to be wrong was that there was an incorrect engraving on it. Contacted customer services who just told me to return it and they'd send another or refund. I have no confidence the next one will be in a reasonable condition.
This was supposed to be a treat and a knife to keep for ages and it's looking tired already :(”
